Tape (CNC) to Disk Conversions

Convert your Executive and MDI tapes DOS file - the easy way - HAVE Cuttingedge, Inc. DO IT! To deal with the technical details involved in doing this you have to be both a COMPUTER EXPERT and a CNC SERVICE EXPERT. We have heard many horror stories of down machines from customers who attempted to do it themselves. We have a proven setup and trained people to do it right.

Guaranteed to work Exec tapes:

[Bullet]No lost codes such as NULL Characters.

[Bullet]We know what not to put in the file such as MAN-READABLE tape.

Quick and dependable:

We know how important these tapes are to your operation. Often customers ship the tapes UPS RED. We read your tapes the same day we receive them and return ship that day. We take extra care in handling the tapes to prevent damage. We provide you with two copies of each computer file.

Free File Compare Program:

Normally customers are not equipped with software tools to view, edit and compare executive tapes. We provide a DOS file compare utility program free with each conversion that allows comparison of files ignoring leading and trailing blank tape. The file compare routine can also convert binary files to a HEX ASCII format allowing you to view/print the contents of the executive file using text editors. We also provide a utility program that converts generated HEX ASCII files back to BINARY format, so you can edit the HEX ASCII file and create a modified executive.
